About RestroInvoice
One app for the restaurant, the rooms and the payroll.
The bill that explains everything
It started with “charge it to my room.”
Most hospitality software is three disconnected systems wearing one logo: a restaurant POS, a hotel PMS, a payroll sheet — and a person running between them, retyping numbers at 11 PM.
RestroInvoice was built around the one moment those systems can’t handle: the guest in room 204 finishes dinner at the bar and says “charge it to my room.” Here, that’s a PIN — the bar bill posts straight onto the guest’s folio, and checkout is one clean tax invoice for the whole stay. No third register, no missed charge, no money you’ll simply never see again.
Everything else follows from that idea: if the restaurant, the rooms and the payroll live in one system, take the module you run — POS, PMS, both, or HR & Payroll on its own — and it all still adds up on one screen.
That’s Bill — our steward. He carries the bill to where it belongs.
What we believe
The price is on the page.
No “request a quote” games, no surprise modules, no lock-in. What an outlet pays is printed on the rate card, from ₹699 a month.
Billing never stops.
The connection drops mid-rush; the counter keeps printing. Everything queues and syncs the second you're back online.
The whole team can read it.
English, हिन्दी, मराठी, ગુજરાતી and தமிழ் — on the screen and on the support call. Software only works when the staff can work it.
Every charge finds its guest.
Restaurant, bar, room service, the room itself — one folio, one tax invoice at checkout. Nothing slips through the cracks.
