Are taxes included in the prices?

Prices are exclusive of taxes — GST is added at checkout. What you see on this page is the base price per outlet, and it's the same price everyone pays.

Is the price per outlet or per business?

Per outlet, per month. Run two outlets or forty from one dashboard — each outlet is billed on its own plan, so a small cafe and a big flagship don't have to pay the same.

Is there a lock-in or a cancellation fee?

No. Pay monthly, 6-monthly or yearly (longer costs less) and cancel anytime. No setup fee, no “implementation package”, no surprise modules three months in.

Is there a free trial?

Can I get the hotel PMS without the POS, or just HR & Payroll?
